Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service apply to VoiceEnhancer at voiceenhancer.co. By accessing or using the website and its services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read them before uploading a file, creating an account or making a purchase.

You confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and that you will comply with these Terms and applicable laws. If you use the service for an organization, you must have authority to act on its behalf. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.

If you do not agree to these Terms, discontinue use of the service.

Description of Service

VoiceEnhancer enhances voices and removes noise from audio and video online. For video, we extract the audio track, process it and combine it with the video again. You can submit files you have the right to use, apply the processing offered on the website and download the results when processing is complete.

You can process an initial portion of each file for free without registering. Full-file processing and downloading the full result are paid features. Paid offerings are as shown on the pricing page. Review the features and any applicable limits shown for the offering you choose before purchasing.

Files may be processed on your device or by processing service providers we use. Uploaded files and processing results are automatically deleted within 24 hours. Keep your original files and download any results you need before deletion.

We may modify or improve features as the service develops. Results vary with the source recording and the processing applied. Review the result before using, publishing or sharing it.

Account Registration

An account is required to access full functionality. Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. If you choose Google sign-in, you are responsible for protecting the Google account you use to access VoiceEnhancer.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Do not allow others to misuse the service through your account. Notify us immediately at support@voiceenhancer.co if you suspect unauthorized access or use, so we can investigate.

Payment

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. You can buy a one-time pack of processing hours, valid for 1 year from purchase, or a PRO monthly subscription. PRO renews automatically each month. You can cancel anytime and continue using it until the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for. Prices are as shown on the pricing page. Review the offering and the purchase details presented to you before completing checkout.

Waffo is the merchant of record and handles payments, invoicing and chargebacks. Your purchase is processed through Waffo, which receives the billing and payment information needed to complete the transaction. We do not store your full payment card details.

You must be authorized to use the payment method you provide. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law take precedence over any conflicting purchase conditions in these Terms.

Refunds

Refund rules are set out in the refund policy.

Licensing and Ownership

You retain your rights in the files you upload and in the results of processing those files. Using VoiceEnhancer does not transfer ownership of your files or results to us. We do not sell your files.

You authorize us and the processing service providers we use to handle your files as needed to provide the requested processing and return the results. This permission does not give us ownership of your content. File handling and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy.

You must have the legal right to upload, process and use the content, including any voices, recordings or other material belonging to someone else. Processing does not give you rights in third-party works, voices, names or likenesses that you did not already have permission to use. You remain responsible for how you use or distribute the results.

Acceptable Use Policy

You must have the legal right to upload and process every file you submit. Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes anyone else's rights. In particular, you agree not to use VoiceEnhancer to:

  • Upload, process or distribute content that violates copyright, privacy or other legal rights.
  • Upload or distribute unlawful sexual content, content involving the sexual exploitation of minors, or non-consensual intimate material.
  • Use recordings or processing results to impersonate someone without authorization, deceive others or commit fraud.
  • Interfere with the service, compromise system integrity or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, files or infrastructure.
  • Evade restrictions imposed to prevent abuse of the service.

You are responsible for obtaining any permissions required from people whose voices or other personal information appear in your files. When sharing results, do not misrepresent the recording or use it to mislead others. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Intellectual Property

Rights in the original website content, logos, code, and design elements of VoiceEnhancer belong to us or our licensors. Third-party models, software, names, and marks belong to their respective owners. These materials may be used only as permitted by their applicable licenses or with the rights holder's permission.

You may use the service's features under these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of the website, its software or its branding to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • VoiceEnhancer is provided "as is" and "as available."
  • We make no warranties regarding reliability, accuracy, or availability.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

These limitations do not exclude any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including those described in the refund policy above.

Keep your own copies of files and review the results before relying on them. Processing may alter the sound of a recording, and you are responsible for deciding whether a result is suitable for your intended use.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • We detect fraudulent activity or abuse
  • Required by law or regulatory request

Upon termination, your right to access the service ends immediately. You retain your rights in your own files and processing results, subject to third-party rights and applicable law. Termination does not transfer ownership of your content to us. Data retention and deletion remain governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of VoiceEnhancer is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of VoiceEnhancer after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
