What can I do for free?

What's the difference between a one-time pack and PRO?
A one-time pack gives you 1, 5 or 10 hours of processing with a single payment. PRO Unlimited is a monthly subscription that renews automatically, with a fair use limit of 30 hours per billing cycle.
What is the fair use limit for PRO Unlimited?
PRO Unlimited includes up to 30 hours of audio processing per billing cycle under fair use.
When do my purchased hours expire?
Hours from a one-time pack are valid for 1 year from purchase.
How do I cancel PRO, and when does access end?
You can cancel PRO anytime to stop the next monthly renewal. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for.
What are the file size and duration limits?
The limit for each file is 2 GB / 60 min. You can upload MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4 and MOV files.
How long do you keep my files?
Uploaded files and processing results are automatically deleted within 24 hours. Keep your original files and download any results you want to save.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you have not started audio processing with your one-time pack or PRO subscription, email support@voiceenhancer.co within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Once you start processing, that purchase is not refundable. If processing fails, the deducted hours return to your account automatically; this is not a cash refund. Waffo processes refunds to the original payment method.
